Over the years, we’ve learned that people in organizations wear many hats and play numerous roles.

Individual coaching is a highly catered process. Our experience allows us to develop a comprehensive approach catering to each executive’s needs. Our approach encompasses the following issues, situations, and audiences:

ORGANIZATIONAL TRAINING

360-FEEDBACK

We provide many of our clients with organizational training services. We customize our approach each time we deliver a program. We deliver them on-site. They are designed to include follow-up and our online development program (NewPoll 360). They cater to an audience between 6-20 participants depending upon the course. While these classes cover a wide array of developmental issues, we realize there are still additional requests for training. 

Whether it is described as 360 feedback, multi-source feedback, multi-rater feedback, multi-rater assessment, full-circle appraisal, upward feedback, downward feedback, or peer evaluation, it is the process by which you evaluate yourself on a set of criteria and then invite your direct reports, peers, seniors, clients, and other business associates to do the same. You receive feedback both quantitative and qualitative detailing how you perceive yourself, how others perceive you, and the gap between the two. 

MEETING FACILITATION

Our goal is to stimulate thinking and lay the foundation for the discussions ahead. We do this through agenda setting and establishing clear expectations and goals. Walking into the meeting, everyone will have an idea of the key topics and issues on everyone’s mind, and a general idea of what success looks like from each person’s vantage point.

SPEECHES & PRESENTATION

We find ourselves being asked to give keynote, after dinner, and large forum speeches for organizations and groups. We assist our clients in the process of creating reviews that directly relate to organizational competencies and core values. We help our clients think through and put together metrics to be used in the review process. We coach our clients around the conversations that need to occur for successful review sessions and effective follow-ups. Whether they are referred to as performance appraisals or annual reviews, they consist of two primary goals.
